The things we'll do to fish! |
Over the river and through the woods to the fishing lake we go!. at least that's what I had my kids singing on the way in to keep them going. You can see as we found out the trail was a bit over grown. with canoe on cart we made our way through some thick growth, Dragging the boat across the logs and then caring the kids was great fun too. The work paid off and we caught quite a few native cutthroat trout. Madison took some nice pictures and Zack just enjoyed fishing with a rubber fish on the end of his line. The kids and I had a great time even after breaking the cart and having to drag the boat out of the woods about a mile. like I said the things we do to fish ! |
